I have been in the automotive business since 1980. I started as a technician and worked at several GM stores, as well as private garage’s. In 1993 I was forced to change my direction in the automotive field due to an injury. I retooled myself, and started as a warranty clerk to a Service Advisor and worked for a Service Manager who took the time to teach me the ropes. I have worked at two other GM stores as a Service Manager, and I was a Service Advisor here, at Jack Giambalvo Buick GMC until 2008 when I became Service Manager. |  | | | |
