Why Buy from Jack Giambalvo Buick GMC

Buyers beware when dealing with this dealership. I called ahead and specifically priced out a demo vehicle using GM Employee Pricing. The dealership assured me they would honor the GM Employee discount and even apply an additional discount because the vehicle was a demo. However, when I received the actual numbers, the payment was nearly $200 more per month than another dealer quoted me on a brand-new vehicle with an MSRP that was over $6,000 higher. GM Employee Pricing should be relatively consistent from dealer to dealer, so the numbers simply did not add up. It appears the discounts that were promised were either not applied correctly or were misrepresented during the sales process. Very disappointing experience. The pricing felt misleading, deceptive, and unethical.

Had an unexpected tire issue on my Buick, called Giambalvo as they were closest. Eventhough I was not a current customer, they told me to bring it in and drop it off, they would fit me in. I figured it would be the next day.....within a couple of hours they had the tire fixed.!! Such a friendly service staff!! I can't say thank you enough....but....Thank you!!

What a wonderful vehicle buying experience. I purchased a used 2019 Chevy Colorado truck which was like new and fairly priced. All personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming. I want to give special recognition to the sales associate - Lance Sease. Lance made this buying experience so very easy and smooth.He bent over backwards to make sure everything was good and that I understand the workings of my truck. You could tell that he loved his job and the satisfaction of his customer was his utmost priority. The best service shop in the county

The dealership was in pristine condition. When I walked in I was greeted by a salesman and felt welcome. Any questions I had were promptly answered and explained. There was a large inventory of vehicles on the property. I already knew what I was looking for prior to arriving at the dealership. I went on GMC.com and built a vehicle which then provided me with nearby matches. My salesman Bernard was great and was a huge help.

The experience we had at Buick Giambalvo Motor CO., Inc. was exceptional. First thing we noticed was that the moment we arrived at the dealership someone already acknowledged us being there and offer us how they can be of help. This made us feel valued even though we are just a walk in. This is quite the opposite of what we experienced to the other dealership, which we have to ask someone to assist us cause nobody was interested to approach us. First visit, Jayden was there to assist, we already knew the car we are getting and asked Jayden if he can let me test drive an Encore GX ST just to feel the car. And so with his help we were able to test drive one and loved it. Then we came back second time and there was Pat who greeted us and see how he can be of help. We told him that we want to verify the price of the new car and the trade in value for my car. With his help and Jeff the Sales Manager, they came out with a really good number. We told them that we have to check one more dealership and will think it through and run some numbers. We're impressed with Jeff how he responded and he didn't pressure us to make decision or to buy the car right away. We love how he said that whether we get the car from them or other dealer, still to give them a call so they can get feedback and if they can do things better in the future. He wanted to make the buyer happy and make the right decision. As we are heading to the other dealership we already kinda made up a decision to get the car. Aside the fact that i love the car its the people working there and the way they handle the entire process of buying is what became the deciding factor. We got home, dicussed it and run the numbers, me and my partner decided that we will make a call in the morning and finalized the buying of the car. I called Jeff the next day and gave me call back right away. He doubled checked the price to make sure its right. Gave us the numbers and agreed to have it ready before 5PM. We came at the dealership, did the transaction, everything was ready for signing. Pat was there waiting for us by the door, accompany us to his office, finalized trade in, signed the documents, then to Bill to finalize paperworks and payments and signed another documents. And it was done.We were there less than an hour. Very fast and very smooth process. Then Pat accompany us in the new car Buick Encore GX ST and show us the features and help set things up and ensure we have no more question and all is good before letting us go. This is the reason why i believed this dealership deserved ay 10/10 star rating. With that being said i want to extend my THANKS to Jeff, Pat, Bill and Jayden of Buick Giambalvo Motor CO., Inc. that made our entire experience a great and incredible one. You guys are AMAZING! I will truly recommend this dealership.
