I had a great experience purchasing a used car from the Jack Giambalvo GMC Buick dealership. The salesman, Bern Little, was friendly, trustworthy, and transparent throughout the entire process. He thoroughly covered all the information about the vehicle, gave us a tour of the service department, and was easy to talk with. What stood out most was how efficient everything was—he respected our time and didn't drag out the buying process. Overall, a smooth and stress-free car-buying experience. Highly recommend!

Buyers beware when dealing with this dealership. I called ahead and specifically priced out a demo vehicle using GM Employee Pricing. The dealership assured me they would honor the GM Employee discount and even apply an additional discount because the vehicle was a demo. However, when I received the actual numbers, the payment was nearly $200 more per month than another dealer quoted me on a brand-new vehicle with an MSRP that was over $6,000 higher. GM Employee Pricing should be relatively consistent from dealer to dealer, so the numbers simply did not add up. It appears the discounts that were promised were either not applied correctly or were misrepresented during the sales process. Very disappointing experience. The pricing felt misleading, deceptive, and unethical.

Had an unexpected tire issue on my Buick, called Giambalvo as they were closest. Eventhough I was not a current customer, they told me to bring it in and drop it off, they would fit me in. I figured it would be the next day.....within a couple of hours they had the tire fixed.!! Such a friendly service staff!! I can't say thank you enough....but....Thank you!!

What a wonderful vehicle buying experience. I purchased a used 2019 Chevy Colorado truck which was like new and fairly priced. All personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming. My husband and I stopped in to check out used cars. What a pleasant experience! We were greeted by Mike Dugan, who Promptly asked us some questions so he could direct us to a few cars to look at. After looking at several we purchased a Buick SUV. We are very pleased with our purchase, and have to applaud Mike’s patience and attention to our needs.
